1. How do I get started? Fill out our quick sign-up form and we’ll confirm your pricing, schedule your service, and answer any questions. It’s that simple!
2. How much does it cost? Pricing starts at $20 per week for one dog. Final price depends on number of dogs and service frequency.
3. How do payments work? Recurring services are billed monthly in advance and charged automatically to the card on file each month on your signup date. One-time cleanups must be paid in full before service is performed.
4. Is there a contract?
We do not require contracts. You can cancel anytime with proper notice before your next billing cycle.
5. What are your business hours? We operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If your scheduled cleanup falls on a major holiday, we’ll reschedule it to the closest available day so your service is never missed.
6. What areas do you service? We currently serve Vancouver, WA, and nearby surrounding areas. Availability may vary based on your location and our route scheduling.
7. Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have safe access to your yard (gates unlocked, aggressive dogs put away), you don’t need to be home.
8. Do you haul the poop away?
Yes, we bag it up and take it with us.
9. What service schedules do you offer? We offer recurring cleanups on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, plus one-time cleanups when needed.
10. What if I forget to unlock my gate?
If we can’t access your yard, the visit will be skipped and the service charge still applies.
11. Do you sanitize your tools between yards?
Absolutely! All tools and shoes are sanitized after every yard to keep things clean and prevent the spread of germs.
12. What happens in bad weather conditions? We scoop in most weather conditions, including rain and cold. If it becomes unsafe (such as heavy snow, ice, or lightning), we’ll reschedule your visit for the next available day.
13. Can I change my service frequency? Yes! You can switch from weekly to bi-weekly service (or vice versa), just let us know.
